Shipping and Return Conditions of VLUV GmbH & Co. KG for the e-commerce website www.vluv.de

Orders with delivery to Germany:

Orders delivered within Germany are free of shipping costs from a goods value of €50.00.

Orders that contain only fabric samples are shipped free of charge.

We deliver with the transport service provider DHL. The delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days from payment of the order.

In addition to the statutory minimum, we grant a sixty-day right of return from receipt of the goods. Testing and use of the goods in the usual manner is permitted. A prerequisite for reimbursement of the purchase price is the fully functional, complete condition of the goods. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the goods and to claim any reduction in value due to wilful destruction.

Return shipping within Germany is free of charge once, provided the DHL return label issued via our returns portal is used. For further returns or for returns not made using the return label provided by us once, the buyer bears the shipping costs. Orders with delivery within the customs territory of the European Union:

For orders of €50.00 or more, delivery is free of shipping charges for the countries listed in shipping zone 2 in the overview above. For countries not listed in shipping zone 2, there is no freight-free threshold; shipping costs generally apply.

We ship with the transport service provider FedEx. Delivery time is approx. 3-5 working days from payment of the order.

*Orders with delivery outside the customs territory of the European Union:

We ship with the transport service provider FedEx. Delivery time is approx. 3-15 working days from payment of the order. 

Shipping costs apply to all orders according to the overview above.

Import duties (e.g. customs duties, taxes, fees) as well as charges (e.g. surcharges for customs services, handling flat rates) of the transport service provider will apply and must be borne by the buyer. We have no influence on the amount of these costs and cannot determine them in advance. These costs are not included in the costs shown above or at checkout and will be charged additionally after the shipment has arrived at customs.

The issuance of any desired movement certificates must be requested before ordering and confirmed by us. We reserve the right to issue or not issue movement certificates.

Returns are at the buyer's expense. The return shipment must comply with the necessary customs regulations in order to be declared to customs for duty-free and tax-free circulation and to be delivered directly to us. We cannot accept incorrectly and/or incompletely customs-cleared returns.
