Right of Withdrawal
Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal Instruction
You can revoke your contractual declaration within 60 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reasons. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before the goods have been received by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before we have fulfilled our information obligations according to § 312c para. 2 BGB in conjunction with § 1 para. 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV as well as our obligations according to § 312e para. 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with § 3 BGB-InfoV. To meet the withdrawal deadline, timely dispatch of the withdrawal or the item is sufficient.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts:
1. for the delivery of goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return or can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded,
2. for the delivery of audio or video recordings (e.g., CDs and DVDs) or software, if the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by you.
If you are an entrepreneur within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and act in the exercise of your commercial or independent professional activity when concluding the contract, the right of withdrawal does not exist.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning. is to be attributed.

Orders with delivery to Germany:
The return shipment within Germany is free of charge once, provided that the DHL return label issued via our returns portal is used. For further returns or returns that are not made using the return label provided by us once, the buyer bears the shipping costs. Orders with delivery outside the customs territory of the European Union:
The return shipment is at the buyer's expense. The return must comply with the required customs regulations in order to be declared for customs and tax-free circulation and to be delivered directly to us.
