1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from VLUV GmbH & Co. KG to consumers (§ 13 BGB).

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. All offers are valid "while supplies last" unless otherwise noted for the products. Errors excepted.
3.2 By clicking the "Submit Order" button in the last step of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.
4. Contract Text
The contract text is stored on our internal systems. You can view the General Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. The order data and the GTC will be sent to you by email. After completing the order, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal Instruction
You can revoke your contractual declaration within 60 days of receiving the goods without giving any reasons in text form (e.g., letter, email). The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before the goods have been received by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations according to § 312c para. 2 BGB in conjunction with § 1 para. 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV and our duties according to § 312e para. 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with § 3 BGB-InfoV. Timely dispatch of the withdrawal or the goods is sufficient to meet the withdrawal period.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
1. for the delivery of goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return or can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded,
2. for the delivery of audio or video recordings (e.g. CDs and DVDs) or software, provided that the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by you.
If you are an entrepreneur within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and act in the exercise of your commercial or independent professional activity when concluding the contract, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.
Return shipping costs
Orders with delivery to Germany:
The return shipment is free of shipping costs once within Germany, provided the DHL return label issued via our returns portal is used. For additional returns or returns that are not made using the return label provided by us once, the buyer bears the shipping costs. Orders with delivery within the customs territory of the European Union:

A prerequisite for the refund of the purchase price is the flawless, unused, and complete condition of the goods. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the goods and to assert any possible depreciation.
Orders with delivery outside the customs territory of the European Union:
The return shipment is at the buyer's expense. The return must comply with the necessary customs regulations in order to be declared for duty- and tax-free circulation at customs and to be delivered directly to us. Incorrect and/or incomplete customs clearance of returns cannot be accepted by us. Please report your return by email to: support@vluv.de
6.1 All prices listed in the VLUV GmbH & Co. KG online shop include the applicable value-added tax of the respective country after selecting the country of destination within the customs territory of the European Union.
For countries of destination outside the customs territory of the European Union, the prices do not include value-added tax. *
6.2 For orders with discounts from tiered pricing, combination offers, or comparable discount models, when items are partially returned, the granted discount is recalculated based on the conditions of the discount model for the entire order and thus reduced or completely revoked. The refund amount for the returned items results from the original price of these items minus the difference between the originally granted discount and the discount recalculated or lost for the entire order after the return.
6.3 Shipping costs depend on the order value and the shipping method and will be clearly communicated to you before you place your binding order. You can find further explanations on the page Shipping and Returns.
7. Delivery, customs, and import duties
7.1 The delivery time is 1-3 working days within Germany, 2-5 working days within Europe, and 2-15 working days outside Europe. We point out any deviating delivery times on the respective checkout page.
* 7.2 For orders with delivery outside the customs territory of the European Union, the goods are exported without customs clearance. Import duties (e.g., customs duties, taxes, fees) and charges (e.g., surcharges for customs services, flat-rate expenses) by the transport service provider apply, which the buyer must bear. We have no influence on the amount of these costs and cannot determine them in advance. These costs are not included in the shipping costs or the costs displayed at checkout and will be invoiced additionally after the shipment arrives at customs.

Further information on customs clearance fees and surcharges of the transport service provider can be found on FedEx's website.
The Issuance of any desired movement certificates must be requested before ordering and confirmed by us. We reserve the right to issue or not issue movement certificates.
7.3 VLUV GmbH & Co. KG has no influence on shipping problems caused by service providers or due to special reasons of force majeure and these do not entitle to compensation.
8. Orders from companies within the European Economic Area (EEA)
This shop does not offer the possibility to place orders under the "Reverse Charge Procedure" without VAT or to refund VAT for European companies that provide a VAT identification number. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders if the ordering company subsequently demands a refund. The possibility of free cancellation expires upon shipment of goods. Please send us an email at office@vluv.de if you wish to order from us under the "Reverse Charge Procedure"; we will then process the order separately.
9. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
10. Warranty
The warranty is provided according to the statutory provisions. The warranty period is 24 months within the European Union and 12 months outside the European Union.
