Life
Everything that makes your life, for pregnancy, breastfeeding, playing or simply sitting freely: Just follow our body height recommendation above.
Work
For ergonomic work while sitting, your table should match your body height, just like the seat ball. If you sit at a table that does not fit your height, the BOL should better adjust to its height, otherwise it won't fit. Rule of thumb: Standard table height = 65 BOL.
Health
Especially if you are looking for a BOL that supports your health or that you use for sports exercises, you should choose a size that matches your body height. You will find our recommendations above.
Style
As a design highlight, all our sizes fit into your interior. A mix of the 3 sizes would be perfect. Guests find the 65 BOL the most suitable place.

What will you mainly use your VLUV for?
At what height do you mostly sit?
How tall are you?
What is your general physical condition?
Although your height suggests a larger BOL/KAPSUL model, we recommend a smaller VLUV because of your desk height. It is a compromise, but it makes the product far more usable, especially for working.
